It has been two years that people in the hopes of ‘ache din’ voted for Narendra Modi and brought NDA government in power in the country. But have the good days arrived? That’s quite debatable, isn’t it? And very subjective.
We are a democracy of 1.3 billion people and according to Akash Banerjee (Vice President of a popular radio channel), a large section of the people are suffering from a medical condition. It is like motiabind (cataract) but a bit more dangerous. It is called Modiabind.
He highlighted how in the last 24 hours, there have been three major developments. Like, FIRs issued against 1000 students of BHU, Farookh Ahmedar Dar proven innocent and not a stone-pelter and the Government’s Saubhagya scheme of household electrification.
In his Twitter LIVE session, he questions the government policies and also spoke about all the joomlas (vapid, empty promises) the NDA government has made to the Indian citizens.
Like, giving every poor man ₹15 lakhs of the black money recovered, or the Vikas Yogenas (development schemes) or increasing price of petrol, or the demonetisation or the promises they made to the masses.
Apologies for poor video quality in the latest broadcast
Like the Govt, high bandwidth promised by cell companies – turn out to be jumlas 😨😠pic.twitter.com/IyP9tp00vU— Akash Banerjee (@TheDeshBhakt) September 26, 2017
He ends on the note saying that he’s not encouraging people to not vote for Modi and BJP in the 2019 elections, but he’s asking the citizens to be more alert and ask the right questions. Here’s the video.
Large number of Indians suffering with a condition called #ModiaBind😱What should be done to deal with this crisis🤔 https://t.co/TjhtVYUAg3

Even Tweeple seemed to agree with him and started sharing their thoughts on the live session.Â
1. This guy said if he asks these questions he’s considered a leftist.
2/2 or left.. they'll call me sanghi, bhakt.
No one have answers.
All of them have abuses.
That's the basic problem @akashbanerjee— काकाजी (@shri_baklol) September 26, 2017

It is a fact that ministers and people in influential positions have an upper hand and are very powerful, but that doesn’t mean that people should blindly follow them.
As citizens of one of the world’s largest democracy, we should raise our voices and ask the questions that need to be asked.
