Man Kaur Is 100 Years Old But It Didn’t Stop Her From Winning 3 Golds At Masters Games In Canada

Usually, when a person turns 100, they are probably thinking about making changes to their will. Man Kaur thinks about improving her timing in the 100 meters sprint.

The Americas Masters Games is a sporting event held in Vancouver that takes place over 9 days and features athletes that are over 30 years of age. Man Kaur participated in the 100 meters race.

Man Kaur, who is 100 years old completed the whole race in just over a minute, not taking a break in the entire run. She has inspired many of her competitors who are two decades younger than she is.

The international event showcases athletes who are above 30 years of age. Man Kaur is alone in her category, but that does not stop her from competing.

 

She has won over 20 medals, 3 of them gold this week at the Americas Masters Games. She has a 78-year-old son who also competes with her.

She started running at the age of 93! For everyone who keeps including excuses for not running this is something to be inspired from!

 

And what is her secret to health – the usual – lots of exercise and a good diet. She never eats fried food and is a complete vegetarian.
