YouTube Removes ‘Kriti’ And Farah Khan Blasts The Plagiarism Allegations!

Yesterday we got to know that Shirish Kunder has slapped a notice on the Nepali filmmaker Aneel Neupane for his claim that he copied his short film named ‘Bob’.

But what we see today is that ‘Kriti’ has been removed from YouTube because of the claim.

There is a lot of timeline confusion for which we can only take the filmmaker’s word, but there is no denying there are more similarities than differences between the two movies.

Meanwhile, Farah Khan, Shirish Kunder’s wife had a blasting response to the allegations. In an interview given to Mid-day, she said the allegations were uncalled for,“How can anyone say that Shirish copied another film?” she asks angrily.

She is pretty upset with this entire controversy and is waiting for it to blow over for her family to have a good time again.  She also said that Kunder has been working on the film for about three years and Bob came in 2015, it’s easily possible that one of Kunder’s scripts made it to him as scripts go through a lot lof people.

Nobody knew about their film until recently, but there is a limit to everything. Every time a film releases, someone gets up and alleges plagiarism. Any Tom, Dick and Harry cannot just cry foul and take away someone’s hard work.”

Who knows what the truth is, but justice does sometimes come from a third party.
