Introverts can get along with pretty much everyone. As long as that everyone is not at a party or at a social event, or just outside together.
As long as most of the meetings are kept to one on one for less than 5 minutes of small talk introverts can almost hang out with anyone.
But what happens when an introvert makes another introvert friend or they just fall in love?
1. Both of you are completely comfortable in silence doing introvert things with each other
While silence is awkward for extroverts, introverts thrive in it. And if you are hanging out with a fellow introvert, silence is truly bliss!
2. Ordering food becomes so much better because both of you want to stay in and not go out
The simple thought of going out and facing people, even strangers…brrrhhhh!
3. No small talk, fake smiles with each other even if the situation gets really awkward
Small talks and fake smiles are used as strategy only when engaging with extroverts!
4. When someone offers you an invite for a party, both of you go like “Nope! Not happening!”
Watching TV series together munching on snacks>>>>Parties.
5. Want to go out? Nope? Me neither!
Finally, someone who gets you!
6. When your extended group of friends organize a surprise party you don’t know how to deal with so many people
You could have surprised us by not turning up at all!
7. You and your introvert friend are free almost every night
It’s not like the calendar is overflowing with meetings and hangouts.
8. Both of you get surprised when you are hanging out and you find peace and quiet all around you
That one time you went out to a restaurant and it was half empty with no loud music and people talking in a civil way.
Heaven.
9. Both of you give each other understanding looks when you “miss” someone’s phone calls
“Missing” phone calls is how introverts roll!
10. Canceling plans becomes a team strategy
Also, coming up with innovative excuses to cancel the plans.
