We stumbled upon a comparison chart saying “If Pakistan were your home instead of India, you would…”
So, we decided to dig a bit deeper.
Andy Lintner, a software engineering architect created a website where you can compare your life to other countries. And the data is based on OECD, CIA and WHO records.
Here are a few interesting comparisons:
India vs USA
Wow, we could have made 13.2 times more money. And almost 12 years longer! But aren’t we happy that we’re 15.15% more likely to be murdered in the US than in India. Phew!
India vs Afghanistan
LOL. We would have made 72% less money which means we would have been shit poor. And die 17 years sooner. No shit, Sherlock. 😀
India vs Bangladesh
Never imagined born in Bangladesh had so many benefits. 🙂
India vs China
Whoa, experience 28.53% more class divide (didn’t know that). Also, 3.6 times more likely to be in prison. Again what’s the point of making 2.5 times more money when you’re spending 5.2 times more on health care.
