The Millenium City of India almost drowned in water after one day of rains and Twitter completely lost it, rightly so. The city is jammed with vehicles clogged in knee deep water, Twitterati has broken the hell loose on social media, some condemning, some crying for help, some wanting others to be safe and some trying to get things through the authority in a witty way.
