This Psychopathic Grandma’s Story Sounds Like The Plot Of ‘7 Khoon Maaf’, In Real Life!

Grandma-7-Khoon-Maaf

We all loved Vishal Bhardwaj’s dark comedy and Susanna Anna-Marie Johannes’s story of 7 Khoon Maaf, based on Ruskin Bond’s novel Susanna’s Seven Husbands. Ok! Not all of us love it, but we surely were intrigued. Haina?

Just like in the film, Priyanka Chopra’s character was on a husband-hunting and husband-killing spree (except the last one), this Quora answer to a question is eerily similar. The question was: What is the most messed up thing that your family member has ever done? And, here’s the answer.

“I’m going anonymous for this one, for reasons that will be obvious in a minute.

We suspect my great grandmother was a serial killer.

My great grandmother lived to be 110. She’d been married five times.

First husband died of drowning in a nearby bog within 2 years of their marriage. He “accidentally” got caught under the canoe. Which, if you’ve ever seen a canoe, is hard to do. She got a huge life insurance payout.

Second marriage was a car accident. Supposedly the brakes went out, but no one could find evidence that they had. They’d been married for 10 years, and she had my grandma in that time. She also got a sizeable life insurance payout.

Third husband, drowning again. Different bog, same basic story. Another nice payout.

Fourth husband, died of food poisoning. Which was odd because none of the rest of the people eating dinner got sick. Yet another life insurance payout.

Fifth husband, he may actually have died of natural causes. They were married 40 years, and he died of pneumonia.

We also know my grandmother is a diagnosed sociopath, as is my aunt (her daughter). There was an incident when I was 18 that led to the diagnosis. We don’t talk about it.

My aunts made a pact to end the family line and not have children. Fortunately for me, Grandma is technically my dad’s stepmom (no genetic relation).

So it’s very possible that it ran in the family even farther back.”

OMG! This is so twisted and so creepy. Didn’t it remind you of Susanna?
