10 Times GOT Taught You It’s Better To Stay Single

We’ve been in and out of enough relationships to know the kind of crap we get dealt with. But still, somewhere deep within we believe in true love and lasting relationships. I believed in all this too, until I saw Game Of Thrones. I know a lot of you take away different things from GOT, maybe life lessons, maybe some tips on combat or learn how to go after what you want.

But for me, GOT taught me why it’s better to be single than swim through a relationship. And here’s what made up my mind…

1. There is always one person who is more invested in the relationship than the other

 

2. You might not even make it to their list of top priorities in life

 

3. You can blindly trust someone but you’re bound to get hurt

 

4. Loves makes you fucking crazy

 

5. If you end up dating the wrong person, your mother is going to go bat shit crazy and it’s better for everyone to avoid that

 

6. If you obsesses over one person, you won’t get time to do stuff that fulfils your purpose

 

7. There are way too many options and temptation to stir you away and somehow they are always available

 

8. Because at one point or another, your relationship will only be for the world to see and absolutely empty behind closed doors

 

9. And it makes you do shit like this…

 

10. No-one I find is going to be as hot as Jon Snow, so there really isn’t any point in settling.

Now you know what I mean? Yes, go take your time to let this sink in.
