It’s been several months since Game Of Thrones Season 7 aired and took over our Monday routines followed by spending the rest of the week discussing each episode. Such good times they were!
Alas, as confirmed by Sophie Turner recently, the last season of the most watched and talked about series is not going to air before 2019. That is another year of anxiety and speculation about the Ice Dragon, Fall of the Wall, and Daenerys-Jon’s incestuous relationship.
So while we wait for the next dose of GOT fever, we’ll have to do away with bits and pieces of news of the show, its actors and their lives to get through the agonising wait.
It so happens, that The Mountain now has a girlfriend. What’s the news, you ask? Turns out that the girlfriend is quite petite as compared to Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, who plays the massive Sir Gregor.
According to The Daily Mail, the duo met for the first time in September. Kelsey Henson bumped into him in a restaurant and requested a photo, being an ardent fan of Game of Thrones, of course.
This chance encounter developed into a romantic one soon after and the couple is by no means trying to keep it a secret. They’ve been on two holidays so far, Iceland and Spain, and they’ve been kind to share pictures too!

But size doesn’t matter in love, right? I am feeling mushy just thinking about them, gosh! Moreover, The Mountain said that his size has never had an effect on his love life. He adds,
“Even though I am super-strong; women have never complained of me not being able to handle them ‘softly’.”
I’ll take his word for it and despite his negative role on the show, you cannot deny that Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, aka Sir Gregor, does look really attractive. no?
