Football.
A common man’s passion. The game that changed the world, made history and made men. The humble game sees competition and politics on a global level, but as its history says, it is a game of compassion first.
At the Junior World Challenge Cup 2016, Barcelona’s Team won against Japan 1-0, and in an amusing turn of event, held their crying opponents as the Japanese team was inconsolable.
The Spanish boys consoled their sobbing Japanese friends and seemed to have exchanged words of encouragement.
This endearing move by the Catalan U-12 just melted hearts all over the world!
Hopefully, the elders will learn something from them.
