This Awesome Teen Took His Baby Sister To A Father-Daughter Dance And Won Hearts All Over

Big brothers are the best.

They might thrash the younger siblings to show dominance and take more love from mothers but at the end of the day, they care more than even mom and dad.

17-year-old Mohammad Hasher was there for her 6-year-old baby sister Noor when it mattered the most.

Noor was all dressed up for the ‘father-daughter’ dance at her school. But their father had left after a divorce with their mother. She really wanted to go for the dance because the rest of the girls would be there with their fathers.

The dance would have been special for her, as it is for every girl in the school.

When Mohammad saw her sad sister sitting on the porch, he couldn’t take it anymore and jumped at the opportunity to take Noor to the dance!

“There was no hesitation on my end, I shouted, ‘I’ll take you to the daddy-daughter dance!’ ”

And the bro-sis duo is not without their daily squabbles, like all of us out there. At the end of the day, they love each other to death, just like we love our brothers and sisters.

Noor gets on his nerves a lot of times but he believes that she is literally his sunshine!

On the top of it all, it was the first grader’s first dance! So they did go together and had a blast! They danced all night laughing. And after the dance ended, Mohammad even won the contest of Best Dad at the dance!

Mohammad explains why we have to be there for our family when they need us the most.

“I just hope people know it’s important to make sure you are being there for your family. Whether it’s your daughter, nephew, cousin… Just be there for them when you need to fill a void, when they need you.”

He won the Best Dad award and all of our hearts too!

A brother who turned into a father figure when his sister needed a father the most!
