The world has witnessed the Modi-frenzy and saw a sample of it when he was in the US and met with President Donald Trump, this very week. President Trump, couldn’t help but sing praises of our PM. In their individual addresses to the media on Tuesday, they showered strings of praises while announcing their shared campaign.
Mr. Trump who was delighted to have Mr. Modi, in his address said how proud he was of the association and coming together of the World leaders.

I guess it’s worked very well in both cases. I am thrilled to salute you, Prime Minister Modi, and the Indian people for all that you are accomplishing together. Your accomplishments have been vast. India has the fastest growing economy in the world. We hope we’re going to be catching you very soon in terms of percentage increase, I have to tell you that. We’re working on it.”
Not only that, when PM Modi waved out to the media, while they were in the Oval Office, Mr President was quick to quip,

Now, you all know how the American Press has been from the time Mr. Trump took to the office. And, this statement, had some masked jealousy. Soon, Indian Twitterati had ‘friendly’ and ‘not-so-friendly’ reactions to the statement.
