The sexiest man alive aka Dwayne ‘The Rock‘ Johnson might be looking at the face of some serious competition. And from none other than British actor of Indian origin, Dev Patel. After being nominated for the Golden Globe for his highly-acclaimed performance in ‘Lion’, Dev is all set to take his Hollywood game a notch higher. Or so thinks, Ellen DeGeneres!

In a video uploaded by TheEllenShow, the ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ actor stopped by the America’s favourite (everyone’s favourite) ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ and got an award more coveted than the golden statuette. Ellen being the generous soul she is, got Dev, a cover done that titled him the sexiest man alive 2017.  While he sat there, bashful and awkward, Ellen had the last laugh!
