Couple Spent 9 Months Building A Tiny House On Wheels And Are Travelling Ever Since

Maybe it’s just me, but lately, it seems like us millennials are all plagued with this fancy word – Wanderlust. My timelines are full of friends and relatives travelling somewhere or the other, almost all the time. Their pictures give me travel goals and the urge to go explore another city, another country just becomes deeper.

Then there is travelling with your partner, which I think is the ultimate best thing ever. I can’t wait to start experiencing the world with my partner, really. And this couple here is giving me the much-needed inspiration to do so.

Alexis and Christian Parsons built a 130 square feet tiny house on wheels and hit the road two years ago. They have been travelling ever since and living life to the fullest.

The couple spent over 9 months building the house and it looks amazingly comfortable. They have been travelling across America and have covered over 45,000 miles in this house on wheels.

In a report by Metro, Alexis said,

“When we first moved in, we had to get used to sharing such a tiny space, which means learning to compromise. Just about everything is multi-functional, and every inch is maximized.”

They documented their journey on Instagram using the handle ‘Tiny House Expedition’. The pictures from their travels, meeting other road-trippers and travellers, the places they’ve seen – it is all beyond imagination.

1. 32 US States and 1 Canadian province. WHAT?

2. Lucky for them, they get to meet fellow travellers and tiny-housers.

3. They even have a double sized bed in this tiny thing!

4. The view keeps changing, but the beauty of the window remains.

5. Drool-worthy kitchen. ?

6. All you need is love and adventure. They have both.

7. They even let people come over to see their tiny house!

8. If you didn’t know, you’d think that’s a real grounded house.

Their adventure has only just begun and by having a comfortable tiny house on wheels, they literally have a ticket to travel anywhere they want, whenever they want. If this isn’t the truest form of living life on your terms, then I don’t know what is.

Imagine being able to go wherever you want without being homesick… Ponder over that while I research on how to make a house on wheels for myself.
