Guy Scribbles On Ice-Cream Sticks To Help His GF Fight Depression. Here’s How It Works.

Everyone faces problems in relationships, but how many people acknowledge it and try to solve it maturely? Among the number of problems people encounter, depression is the most common, and yet, the least talked about. If someone’s partner is battling depression, the way another person chooses to handle it can either solve the problem beautifully, or make the situation much worse.

But, here we have a brilliant example of a man, who’s helping his girlfriend get out of depression in the most creative way.

A Reddit user named Bovadeez is helping his girlfriend battle with depression by using a very beautiful DIY therapy!

Bovadeez decided to do something different for helping his depressed girlfriend. He put a bundle of colorful ice cream sticks in a mason jar and gifted it to his girl.

Wondering what was so surprising about the jar?

The sticks are color-coded and each code stands for activities that would help her feel better. While orange stands for motivational quotes, yellow stands for reminders and pink stands for things or activities that would help the girlfriend relax. Bovadeez also left some sticks blank, where his girl could write good memories on occasions when she was feeling low!

Didn’t that have your jaws dropping as well?

Just like us, many Reddit users appreciated this sweet gesture too. Check what they had to say:

1. Everyone should try at least once!

2. Hope this helps!

There is no better remedy than love, compassion, and care for fighting depression. It’s high time we remove the veil of all the stigmas surrounding this issue.

If you ever happen to read this dear Bovadeez, take this as a mark of appreciation from us, for restoring our lost faith in love and humanity!
