I once went on a date with this boy. He was nice, funny, and smart. It was okay. I was having an average time. And then I ordered a few beers. The more I drank, the nicer/funnier/smarter he became. After that, I had a brilliant time.

Back home, a thought bulb lit up in my head, had I not been chugging down those beers, the evening could have been pretty boring. So, hey! Here’s a new thought. If I want to have a good time, I’d rather date beer. I know, it sounds crazy, but the more I thought over it, the more sense it made!

And that’s when I decided how beer is the ultimate date you can ever get!

1. It is cool

Everyone likes to date someone cool! And what’s cooler than a chilled beer? There’s always space for a beer in your fridge (and in your heart). You want to sit back and watch your guilty pleasure movie, it is there for you. You want to discuss a life turning point, it is all ears. Who could done so many hats, but beer!

 

2. It doesn’t expect commitment

If a long-term commitment gives you the creeps, beer is the one for you. It will be gone by the morning avoiding the need for awkward conversation and lets you concentrate on the tasks at hand for the day. And when you are done and looking for a relaxed time, there it is back again. Just as Ranbir Kapoor said in Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani, “No demands, no complaints.”

 

3. It goes in easy

Please don’t think dirty! It’s not a ‘that’s what she said moment.’ I mean, a beer goes in easy (unlike hard drinks). Let it be! Whatever I say, it’s going to have suggestive meaning. But you know what I meant, don’t you?

Yeah, baby! The ease with which the lightness comes to you is very hard to achieve in a relationship. With beer, you only need two or three pints to reach there.
