Milind Dumbre, DCP (North-West) said –

“We were informed about a woman lying unconscious in the park by a visitor. But the caller had not witnessed the attack”

The family too is clueless about the motive of the attack because they are not aware of any person who might have enmity with her.

They have also ruled out a robbery because she did not have any valuables on her and she had left her mobile phone back at home.

The parks in north and northwest Delhi are notorious for attacks on evening walkers.
